Services provided:

  • Review of the total Project implementation, incl. explanations of major deviations in time, budget and technical performance of the Project;
  • Confirm the completion of the Project to the Bank.
  • Review and confirm the key acceptance, completion and commercial operation tests, incl. acceptance of civil works and electrical works, performance testing, commissioning and final handover.
  • Review and advise on as-built documentation completeness, snagging and punch list items and confirm ESAP compliance.
  • Confirm the acceptability of the final O&M procedures, including detailed environmental and social monitoring and management plans for the operational phase; as well as the completion of punch list items.
