Corruption and fraud have no place with us, we avoid any appearance of such behaviour.
Anyone who submits a report in good faith via one of our reporting systems need not fear any disadvantages.
We respect human rights and do not participate in modern slavery.
We practise respectful interaction with one another.
We protect our good name and reputation.
Whistleblowing
We have set up a reporting/whistleblowing system for you, which is open to everyone who works with us (employees, suppliers, interimers/freelancers), or who are affected by our projects.
It is confidential and anonymous if necessary.

By e-mail to our Ethics & Compliance Officer, who understands German, English and French, and will treat your report confidentially: compliance@lahmeyer.com Furthermore, we have appointed an external lawyer as ombudsman, to whom you can also contact confidentially with reports (by phone or e-mail). Our compliance, anti-corruption and anti-fraud system is based on applicable German and local law, as well as the requirements of
- the ISO 37001:2016 standard,
- the IDW PS 980 (German Norm)
- the UN Global compact,
- the ILO standards, and
- according to the compliance and anti-fraud policies of our clients
and financial institutions (IFIs) in the respective project.
We expect everyone who works for us and with us to comply with these commitments.
