We protect our good name and reputation.

Whistleblowing

We have set up a reporting and whistleblowing system for you, which is open to anyone who works with us (employees, suppliers, interim staff and freelancers) or who is affected by our projects.

It is confidential and, where necessary, anonymous.

Reporting channels:

By email to our Ethics & Compliance Officer, who speaks German, English and French and will treat your report in confidence: compliance@lahmeyer.com

In addition, we have appointed an external solicitor as an ombudsman, to whom you can also report matters in confidence (by telephone or email). He can be contacted via https://strafverteidiger.team/seebode/. He speaks German and English.

We are also obliged to refer you to the following external reporting bodies: For Germany, these are the three authorities based in Bonn: BfJ – Whistleblower Office (Federal Office of Justice, Federal Cartel Office, Federal Financial Supervisory Authority; https://www.bundesjustizamt.de/DE/MeldestelledesBundes/MeldestelledesBundes_node.html).

Our compliance, anti-corruption and anti-fraud system is based on applicable German and local law, as well as on the requirements of

  • the ISO 37001:2016 standard,
  • the IDW PS 980 standard,
  • the UN Global Compact,
  • the ILO standards, and
  • the compliance and anti-fraud guidelines of our clients and international financial institutions (IFIs) in the respective project.

We expect everyone who works for us and with us to adhere to these obligations.
