Integrated Management System (IMS)

Lahmeyer International Group is synonymous with international engineering expertise that meets high standards of quality (in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015), environmental protection (in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2015) and occupational health and safety (in accordance with DIN EN ISO 45001:2023), certified by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH in 2025. These requirements are reflected in a single integrated management system and standardise the requirements applicable in relation to ethics, compliance, quality, the environment and occupational health and safety.

The Compliance Management System (CMS) applies to all our projects and to all employees in accordance with the Company Agreement (BV); freelancers and managers are separately bound by it. New employees undergo a compliance interview. Third parties are vetted prior to collaboration. Further CMS documents are incorporated into the IMS. The core element of the CMS is zero tolerance towards any intentional misconduct, in particular fraud and corruption.

The Quality Assurance Officer at Lahmeyer International Group has documented the work instructions and procedures in an integrated management system manual and verified their implementation.
