Stage I (Bakaru I & II HEPP):

• Design review and detailed engineering design
• Topographical, hydrological and sedimentological surveys
• Geological site investigations
• Concept for rehabilitation of Bakaru I HEPP
• Tender documents and assistance in tendering process and contract negotiations
• Update of ESIA, preparation of ESMP

Stage II (Bakaru I & II HEPP):

• Construction design and review of design of equipment manufacturers
• Supervision of construction and equipment components as well as testing, commissioning up to TOC & COD
• Supervise operation after COD up to FAC
• Contract and claim management, defect liability period
