Company Update

Dornier and Lahmeyer will in future be consolidating their activities in the energy sector under the joint brand Lahmeyer International. In doing so, we are bringing together our many years of experience, our technical expertise and our consultancy skills under a single name.

For our clients, this step means one thing above all: greater expertise from a single source. Together, we offer an even broader range of engineering and consultancy services in the fields of Power and Heat, Transmission and Distribution, Renewables and Hydro.

Our tried-and-tested teams, points of contact and areas of expertise will remain unchanged. We look forward to continuing our successful collaboration with you under the name Lahmeyer International and to working together to develop sustainable solutions for the energy supply of tomorrow.

What are the legal implications?

As part of the unified brand identity, individual companies within our group will also be renamed. The relevant name changes have been or are being submitted for registration in the relevant registers.

Until the respective registration procedures are completed, the currently registered company names and legal details remain valid as they stand. You can find the relevant details regarding the responsible company in our legal notice as well as in your contractual and business documents.
