Lahmeyer International stands for international engineering expertise that meets high standards of quality (according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015), environmental protection (according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015) and occupational health and safety (according to DIN EN ISO 45001:2023) certified by the TUEV NORD CERT GmbH in 2025. These requirements are reflected in a common integrated management system and standardize the requirements that apply to ethics, compliance, quality, environment as well as occupational health and safety.

The Compliance Management System (CMS) applies to all our projects, to all employees by company agreement (BV), freelancers & managers are committed to it separately. New key employees undergo a compliance interview. Third parties are screened before working together. Further CMS documents are anchored in the IMS. The core element of the CMS is zero tolerance for any intentional misconduct, especially fraud and corruption.

The Quality Assurance Department of Lahmeyer International GmbH has laid down the work instructions and procedures in an Integrated Management System Manual and verifies their implementation.
